Cancelling service but need to keep Cox email adresses

Other than paying the $10/month for email addresses, I had heard/read that they could be attached to an existing active account as long as the account holder was approving. According to Cox chat, I would have to DELETE my current email addresses, which means losing my folders and saved emails, and then recreating under the account holder.
Is this info correct ? I really don't want to move email addresses, that's alot of accounts to change it for. |

The option to maintain an email only account is no longer available unfortunately. It is possible you could take the email address to another Cox subscriber's account however no process exists for moving the email accounts. They would have to be deleted and recreated on the new account.
