cancel channels

due to the excessively horrible service given by cox via...  phone and now internet I am at a place I am disgusted with this company...   I need to cancel channels a.s.a.p. and as I do each year when school starts...  when ive called in they leave you on hold soooo long my phone dies or my break time is over...   oddly enough when i want to add a channel as I do yearly as well..  they are so prompt to help and add a service...    this company is the exact reason for our piss poor customer service quality in the u.s.a.  I wish you are treated the exact way you treat your customers...   *** joke.
