Can not get Cox to work with Win 7 PC's with Media center at new house

My 2 Windows 7 TVs with Media Center worked great with Cox at our old house.  After moving (about 10 miles) in June and activating Cox at the new house...Media Center will download the guide...etc...but all channels produce only a colored filled screen of static...no programs will come in clear.

I "think" I had the 2 upstairs PC's hooked into the Cox cable separate from the the set-top box installed on the down stairs big screen TV.  However...no matter what I try at the new location....I can get the guide to load on the Media Center TVs...but none of the Cox cable TV stations in my package will come in...only get a screen of colored static...no pictures or shows

However...i can watch Netflix through Media Center and also older Media Center recorded shows play just fine...just nothing live ?

Do I have to run the Cox Cable to the PC's prior to entering the set-top box...or after, on the out-put, of the set-top box cables?

Also...is the Cox service analog or digital in the Media Center setup screens

There are no TV's in the rooms with the Media Center TV's
