call notification through e-mails

Does anyone know if I can recieve notifications through e-mails that I have had a phone call?  I will get notifications if someone leaves a voice mail.  However none if someone just calls and does nto leave a voice mail.  I hope someone can answer this question I hae called and the tech people can not answer my question.  When I had verizon i would get a e-mail with the phone # adn time of day they called.  Then a seperate one if they left a voice mail.  I would like to have the same with cox.

Thanks for your help

You can check your Phone Call History @ http://phonetools.cox.net , but I don't think there is any email system set up for call notification. May I ask the purpose? Maybe there is another way to do what you need?

I just got use to it from Verizon as when I got my e-mail there was one with a phone call and just easy instead of having to log on to cox and then check the phone tool.  It is really not all that important  was just wondering and hoping.

That's not a bad idea (and I'll send it up to our product people), but currently the only email notification system we have is for voicemail.

Trikein is correct about the Phone Tools, and if you're used to getting those notification emails on an iOS or Android device you can also check your call logs pretty quickly with the Cox Mobile Connect app.

What I meant is this for tracking purposes or notification reasons? If your on site I assume you don't want to be notified of a call, right? You want voicemail notification just without the voicemail. Could you do that?

Speaking of Telemarketers, anyone else getting called by Microsoft claiming I have Virus on my computers? Its a scam obviousious. My system is clean. My system wasn't even on when they said it was "attacked" on special trojan ports. I worry that less tech savvy people might fall for it. Who are these evil people that do this?
