Bundling of services
I have been a customer for a year. My bill just jumped from $132 a month to $192 a month due to the end of a promotion. I added phone services a few months after I built my own internet/tv bundle. Does anyone know if it is possible for an existing customer to bundle their old services in order to get a low price?

Hi Jagsfan,
I apologize that your bill jumped so high due to the end of promotion. There are a few ways to "bundle" services or change existing bundle features. I encourage you to call your local Cox office and speak to someone in our Sales department.
On the right-hand side of this page, underneath your sign-in name, look for Give us a call. Click on the 24/7 Phone Support link underneath Give us a call. Once that page loads, use the drop-down box next to You are viewing contact info for to pick your correct Cox market. Once on the page for the correct Cox market, click on the words Customer Support, Ordering, and Billing to get the correct phone number for Sales.
Thanks,

I have been a cox customer for years, and my contract ran out, when I went to renew my bundle and didn't want to change anything, the price jumped from 156.00 to 183 and change, thats 28 dollars !!!!! I was appalled !! They just talked it up to price increase. Then he found something like good customer something or other and got my bill down to 167 for 6 months then I would have to call back and haggle again, but I think I am just going to go to ATT. I am sick of this. I can't get rid of the channels I don't want becaus there is always one channel in there I do want and thats how they hook you in these bundles, its a scam. Sports Sports Sports !! not everyone like Sports ! So yes, if you haggle you might get a lower price price, my suggestion is to go elsewhere. I have been a loyal, ontime paying customer for year, and was barley able to get what I got and only got for 6 months !
