everyday as I watch Netflix on my tv the cable box crashes between 1pm and 130 pm. why is this happening can I have this rescheduled if its something set up to happen can we have it happen at 3am instead?

Could you explain this? Is it possible to watch Netflix via Contour now? I knew Pandora was possible, but now Netflix? Or do you mean cable box like a Roku or some other netflix device.
Also, what kind of router do you have, and when the Netflix dies, does the internet to the other PC's die?
