Big Button Remote for minibox
Any action on this issue yet, Cox?! I have purchased TWO 'universal' big button remotes. They contain codes for Cisco, Cox and Cox Digital. NONE operate the minibox. There are a lot of elderly basic cable customers out there like my mother that this a HUGE issue for.
Also, It would be nice if there was someway to ignore the hundreds of unsubscribed channels, so that looping was possible while channel surfing. MAJOR fail if there is no solution to this one.

FYI - The Cox Store should have a Big Button remote that works with the Mini
It's the RT-SR50 > http://www.cox.com/residential/support/tv/article.cox?articleId=565a9f10-69b9-11df-5fca-000000000000
You can also purchase this inexpensive Learning Remote Control and program it from the Cox remote

Hi Tapuck,
bryaninphx is correct. The RT-SR50 big button remote is now available for our visually impaired customers and is compatible with the mini box. These remotes are available by request at Cox Solution Stores.

Too many buttons. What about the RT-U27?
Thanks!

I'm not sure if the RT-U27 is still available in your area. I'll do some digging and see what I can find out for you!
