Basic Cable
Im trying to cut down on monthly costs. Can I get basic cable (meaning basic channels like 4, 5 and 9) and add 2 shows to my package? What would the cost be or how do I do that?

You can't add channels to basic cable packages. But a Package might have what you need. See here for channel line up. Be sure to enter your Zip code in top right for info specific to your area.
