Arris/Moto SBG6782-AC Firmware Upgrade
I have an Arris/Moto SBG6782-AC Modem/Router. I've been having some troubles with wi-fi (no 802.11AC connection) but Arris has been slow to respond.
(I did all the typical 802.11N troubleshooting with them and it works fine at those speeds, and my wi-fi card works at AC speeds with other routers.)
I think the firmware is way out of date (SBG6X82-8.4.0.0-GA-05-809-NOSH) so could you push out the current version from your end? I'm happy to send my MAC if you can't look it up from my account - thanks.

Hi zvsmedia,
We can look into that for you to make sure the modem has the latest firmware available. Can you e-mail the account information, along with the MAC address? Send to cox.help@cox.com, if there is something more recent out there we can push the firmware to the modem. -Derrick
