Adding new account # to login

We moved locally and with that got a new account #.  How do we add this # account number to our current online profile so that we can see the current bills and so on?   There is a posting that says the following but I only have a Manage Profile and within that I explored every possible options and did not see a way to add an account # to the profile.  Thanks.

" When you move and transfer your Cox services, you are given a new account number. You can add your new account number to your existing online account-access profile by clicking the [Manage account] button after logging in."

Normally this is an automatica process however it appears you were assigned a new login when your services got moved.  Please call us at 623-594-1000 to correct this and get your old logins associated with your new account.

We're having this EXACT same problem. I've been online looking for answers for hours. Can you PLEASE make this easier to find?  None of the support links I tried gave me an option to chat for general issues and I haven't had time to call during normal business hours.  Thanks!

cox thiks they are the god of internet and can do whatever they want since we cant do anything about what they do, so sadly all you can do is suffer through it. hope they dont change your account around and lose your email and your email name-addresss like they did mine.
