Accessing email on new phone
My wife and I changed from Verizon to ATT. We have new phones. We cannot access our email on the new phones.
Do we need a code or something to be able to do that?

Have you configure the mail program on the new phone with the correct settings? See here for settings. If so, what error are you getting?

I have some questions for you. Are you having trouble with Cox email? What is the mail program that you're using on the phone? What kind of phone/operating system is it using? Are you receiving error codes when trying to send/receive? Did you input as pop or imap and what server setting did you use?
