ABC frozen on green screen
Is anything being done to fix this? Watching a season finale of the bachlorette and both HD and non HD channels are green with sound and no picture,

I called the 24 hour tech support number for Cox and the automated system sent a refresher signal to my box. This fixed the problem for me.
