1065 - GALAHD is not mapped for Retail CableCARDS in SE PHX HUB

Could you please have an Phoenix, AZ engineer look into why 1065 - GALAHD is not mapped for Retail CableCARDS in SE Phoenix AZ. (Chandler headend - PICO_STC_VHUB )

The channel displays on my Cox STB, but says it is not provided by the Tuning Adapter on my TiVos.

Tribune Media also needs notified of the change, 1065 - GALAHD has had no Guide Data since the channel location was swapped with The Weather Channel, in August, 2015

NEWS FROM COX from my August billing statement.
On August 19, 2015,
The Weather Channel will move from channel 70 to channel 55 and
The Weather Channel HD will move from channel 1070 to 1055
and will be part of our TV Essential lineup.
Galavision will move from channel 55 to channel 65 and
Galavision HD will move from channel 1055 to channel 1065
and will be part of our TV Essential lineup.
