HBO Max sign in

I can sign into HBO Max on my phone via the app and my Cox login, no problem. When I try to sign in with Cox as my provider on my computer it attempts then reverts back to the HBO Max sign in home page. HBO Go works fine. Have tried 3 different browsers.

Eric W., are you attempting to sign in with the Primary Account username and password? HBO Max is available free to Cox Primary Account holders who subscribe to HBO.
