Unfortunately, it seems the US along with much of Western society is sliding towards an attitude of "if you could be getting up to something, you must be", so ban everything. Is that a free society? The continual 2nd amendment witch hunt is but one example. Re: Cox webmail blocking Surfshark? I'm sure the IT department of the DoD contractor I worked for will be pleased to hear that their use of a VPN is an indication of their hacking activities. 🙄 Cox webmail blocking Surfshark? Anybody else seeing this? Since the turn of the year I've been unable to access my Webmail using a laptop equipped with Surfshark. I've tried changing my apparent location to no avail. Clearing cookies and restarting the machine did not help. This is going to be a royal pain should I travel as Cox does not allow webmail access from non-US IP addresses. Could it be a configuration issue on my laptop? Don't know why as I've never had the issue before. SolvedRe: Selecting emails without opening on iPad Brilliant! Muchas gracias. Selecting emails without opening on iPad How do I select multiple emails on the webmail app without opening them? When I’m away from home with only a tablet, I have to open every damned email to delete them. It’s maddening. SolvedRe: Cox email format **! My major gripe is that I cannot find a way to open several emails at once and switch between them. Re: Consistent outages Where are you? When this happened to my Cox TV service in Las Vegas it was traced to a signal distributor that was getting cooked by the sun in the summer. Re: Slowed internet 100 to 30 Don't bother people with facts, it just makes them cranky. ;) Re: Copy/Paste into a new compose email does not work I have this problem with Chrome, but not IE (retch). The plain text workaround works. I'll have to check Firefox at home. Whatever, this is a MAJOR fail on the part of Cox. Why drop Weatherscan? Very disappointed to find Cox have dropped Weatherscan in Las Vegas. The channel displays a message advising viewers to watch 44/1044. Yeah, right. Now I have to wait for the "Local on the 8s" IF they are showing them. Too often Local on the 8s goes away because some hopeless semi-reality trash is on. With Weatherscan the conditions come around quickly and the radar is always visible, VERY handy during flash flood season. So, Cox management, what's the excuse?
