Fast forward problem continued. I tried rebooting box but problem persists.

I tried rebooting box but problem persists. This only happened on two cbs programs that followed each other Sunday morning. Other, older copies or other station recordings did not lock up. Fast forward either locks or jumps at 2x, 4x, 6, 8x. No image while moving. This repeats an issue we had 2 months ago when tech came out and replaced some cable and removed filters and charged $75 for what should have been included as part of my service.

    Hi JS3. Rebooting your box won't fix an issue with recorded shows, however, it may help with future issues. Does this only happen on shows that get recorded on Sundays?
