ROBO calls still happening

I posted a while back and was told COX would be implementing a new service to stop the ROBO calls in my area starting in July.

Its Aug and I am still getting ROBO calls everyday.

Can I get an update?

    Cox is currently in the process of upgrading all Cox Digital Telephone customers to a new voice platform. The new Cox Voice platform will provide Simultaneous Ring and allow customers to sign for Nomorobo to block robocalls. We are continuing to launch this new Cox Voice platform through 2019.
