I cannot make Cox to Cox calls.

When the party answers, they can hear me, but I cannot hear them.

  • Does it happen if calling non Cox numbers? Sounds like a issue with the upstream. Can you post the phone modem's signal levels? Assuming you use it for internet too, they should be available at 192.168.100.1.
