well since tivo did an update and didn't let cox know it seems cox needs to check settings between the headend and the tivo database

tivo just installed software update v202 error gone and at 7P.M. v202 errors return no changes on our side

do you really think that cox has the time or resources to make sure everyone's 3rd party equipment updates still work with cox.?
