Compared to Directv's, your onscreen guide is horrible

There's no option to view only Channels in my plan lineup.  Original air dates aren't listed for programs.  The search function doesn't work.  And there is no option at all to search for channels.  (Among other things) You need to step up your game if you want to complete.

    You should see Rovi...which is the non-Contour box.  Its aspect ratio is 4:3 and probably has a DPI of 10.  In its Menu Settings, there's an option to connect a VCR.  A VCR!
