I need a nomorobo number in the 520 (Tucson) area code

I can't find any way to talk to nomorobo human-to-human, and Cox isn't able to provide, but I need a 520 area code (Tucson) number to use for the simulaneous ring for nomorobo.  The one I was provide...

I finally got a message from nomorobo, and a phone number (866) 732-6185 to use.  However, when I put this number in as a simultaneous ring number, the "Save" function in phone tools returns an error message that "We are sorry, we were unable to save your settings. Please try again."  Could it be that Cox has to also activate the number somehow, or maybe allow the (866) area code?  Please advise...
