- Which page are you referring to exactly? If there is an outage in your area, it will pop up at this page www.cox.com/.../home.cox or on the Cox connect app.

Cox Support Forum Moderator Cox had an Outage page years ago but they felt it was bad marketing for public viewing. Cox still posts outages in your area but you have to log into your account to secretly view it.
