WebMail not working???

WebMail not working??? Messages download to Live-Mail OK, but I cannot access mail at myemail.cox.net. This has been for at least 5 days! I called Cox, and the person I spoke with could not log into his account either. That was yesterday, so why isn't it fixed yet?

    I was getting an error message that it could not load, on my chromebook.

      I went into setting and just did a cookie search for Cox and deleted all of them, row after row. 

      Then signed it and it works.

      Cox is a *** cookie monster, no wonder it confuses itself.

  • I had this problem for several days.  Cox was unable to find any issues with my account or the webmail url. It started working after several days - no explanation provided.

    Edge on Android also not working, frequent error messages, spinning circles instead of email contents, page not loading and redirect to login page. Chat support was useless.

      Hi @NotOracle1,

      Make sure that you clear out the Cache and Cookie is the Edge app. Also, click on the settings and make sure that you are using the Desktop view when you are trying to access the site.
