Unable to download from cox server to outlook 2016

Question

Suddenly unable to receive messages from cox server through Outlook.&nbsp; Keep getting popup asking to re-enter ID and password.&nbsp; Webmail and phone service OK.&nbsp; Understand similar problem has existed previously.
