Truck hit cable
There's a cable going from the lines to a neighbor's house that's low enough that tall trucks going by can hit it. I think this is causing my internet to temporarily go out. Is there someone that can some how address this?

Contact cox.help@cox.com and include the address of the low hanging line. I recently notified them of one and it was fixed within an hour and a half from when I sent the email.
