They fixed it! (0.5 mbps upload speeds)

A Cox “field network technician” was able to finally fixed my crazy slow upload speeds!

It took almost 6 weeks, 5 calls to support and 3 visits from the "inside" techs to finally speak to a supervisor and then it was fixed less than 24 hours later!

Cox - Everyone on your support team was nice and tried to help but please find a way for your customers to speak with a supervisor sooner as it would be so much easier to get things fixed! The issue was outside on the home but your phone support team apparently has no way of contacting anyone from the outside maintenance department. They just kept sending "inside" techs over and over...
