SPAM ISSUE CONTINUES FOR YEARS, CREPE ERASE, HOME WARRANTY, ETC...

Why can't Cox stop the SPAM?  This is ridiculous.  We pay extraordinary charges to COX for what reason. so we get the best technology!  This is outrageous what is going on and has been going on for years.  Come on COX!  Get your developers to earn their keep.

    They could stop it. At one time, they put some effort into their spam-fighting.  Not any more. 

    Right now, you can not stop the "crepe erase"..  All of us are getting them.  They arrive between 2 and 4 am.  The same junk.  Cox seems to be getting out of the email business.  They have a 3rd party handling email at this time.
