SPAM filtering of graphic images

I have recently been receiving SPAM email containing what I would call graphic images in the subject line. It would be nice if Cox could/would adjust their spam filters, such as they are, to take into account these type of images. Please note I am constantly needing to add new SPAM filters to take into account these images.

    I am quite sure the vast majority of users are aware of how to avoid SPAM and simply need Cox to provide better filtering of potential SPAM email...
