Router Ethernet Ports stopped working. Wireless is OK

I have an ARRIS TG 1682G with 4 Ethernet Ports and 2 WiFi ports (2,4 and 5.0). Yesterday (Nov 18,2018) the Ethernet ports stopped working at all. The wireless were working but I could not get on the Internet . After several attempt to fix it, I finally reset it to Factory. Now I can get on the Internet via the WiFi but the ports are still not working. All the connected computers (4) are showing "Unknown Network" with IP addresses starting with 169... 

Tell me what other info you need to troubleshoot this problem
