Oh My God it has been fixed as far as I can tell. Word to COX,
FIRST: TELL US WHEN YOUR GOING TO BRING DOWN A "NODE" OR WHATEVER THAT IS, IN ADVANCED, SO WE DON'T LOSE OUR JOBS AND INCOME AND HAVE TIME TO PREPARE ALTERNATIVES
SECOND: DON'T TELL US IT'S OUR FAULT AND HAVE US BUY NEW EQUIPMENT!! 750$ SPENT TO "FIX" YOUR PROBLEM, AND IT DID NO GOOD.
THIRD: GIVE US THE WHOLE MONTH FREE YOU SCREWED US.
FOURTH: GIVE ACCURATE PROGRESS REPORTS NOT "UNABLE TO ESTIMATE"
