Yea they told me since email is s "free" service they aren't obligated to fix it. One of the cox connect agents told me to make another email account since cox gives you ten accounts lmfao right like I should just abandon my account I've had for 10 years.
First of all, it is not a free service. It’s part of your ISP service that you pay for. Second, I made a second email address with the same results. Insanity is defined by doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome. Since their WebMail is failing to send email, that’s all on Cox.

That's what I told them. Since not just anyone can use Cox email it is not a free service. It happened as well on my son's email. Then they told me it was because I had too many emails, since the searches never completed, but that's also bull, as before, when I had the 300 speed internet I had 10 GB of storage, and three times the number of emails I have now, but when I reduced my speed to 100 in order to save some money, I did not get emails for a week. They never told me my storage would be reduced from 10gb to 2gb so my mailbox was full, even though I called numerous times asking why I was no longer getting emails. I figured that one out on my own. Then they told me when I reduced the number of emails all my emails that didn't get delivered would be delivered, also a lie. I lost a weeks worth of emails. So, now I have way less emails than I did when I had greater storage, when the search worked fine. but they are saying I have too many emails, can you imagine? I'm using 1.5gb of 2gb and even though I'm well within the storage limit they are telling me I have too many emails for the search to work properly
