UPDATE TO MY PREVIOUS MESSAGE--QUICK RESPONSE FROM COX:
08-21-18 Tuesday 3:33pm George (executive escalation specialist) phoned me from Cox and said that the president (Mr. Esser) referred my situation to him. George asked me to change my Cox spam settings from "Automatically deliver to Spam folder" to "Delete Spam messages without delivering to Inbox." He said if any other spam email arrives, to open and select it and to select "Mark as spam." I told George that I want to be sure that the president knows all of the information I have provided and that if this works, I will publicly let others know the solution. However, if this problem remains as others on this message board have indicated, that I will need further assistance. George was very polite and prompt in responding to my situation and he agreed to check the other messages on this message board. (Chase)
