So upon requesting by email to cox.help@cox.comthat they ask technical support to confirm deletion of my former email address so that if someone attempts to send mail to it, they'll receive a bounce-back notification, I just received the following.
(Note, when I & others email my former address, there is still no auto-response, which is concerning.)
Any suggestions?
