Prolonged random outages increase

The continued random outages in this area are ridiculous! Over the last few months Cox internet outages have increased frequency and last for hours. This is not just referring to scheduled outages. My bill continues to increase but service remains poor. I have tried to use the resources offered on the site to fix the issues, it never works. Is there any plans to fix these problems? This outages have been happening for 7 months and get worse each time.
