Packet loss

We have the best internet you can get on cox and we unlimited data i dont know what more we have to pay for with cox im always having packet loss on my game with 1000mbps internet and with 14% of Data used i still get packet loss this is ridiculous im paying for 170 a months for a bunch of packet loss

    Where are you getting the packet loss? Have you run traceroutes to see where the loss is taking place? Do all of your devices have packet loss, or just the one game? Is your gaming system on ethernet or WiFi?
