Outlook 2010 on a Surface Pro 6

All this morning I have not been able to access my Cox email using Outlook 2010 on a Surface Pro 6. I keep getting a notice to put in my user ID and password which I have done numerous times. I can, however, use Webmail to access my account. Help...

    can you access email on any other device?

    did you get a notice to change password....you need to change pw on all devices that tie into cox email.
