Outage Henderson, NV 03/24/21

Once again an "outage" in Henderson starting at midnight, just like the past 15 outages. Cox must presume that just because this is an area for retired people we're all a bunch of fuddy-duddies that go to bed at 9 pm and have NOTHING better to do. How is it that the "outages" always happen at night???

We're 15 minute from the strip and I'll bet that there are never any "outages" for the casinos. And you just raised our rates AGAIN and Nov for not even top tier service we're shelling out just a couple of bucks shot of $200!!!

For that kind of money you'd figure that they can keep the service going and not constantly fiddle with it.  Completely unacceptable!!!

On top of it you LIE to consumers by stating it's "outage", when in fact you are doing what you euphemistically call "maintenance", how is it that Nevada Power can carry out "maintenance" and not cut the power off? 

It's because they are a utility and Cox and other cable companies are not, which they need to be at this point due to the critical service they provide, specially during a pandemic with no end in sight.
