New item on bill
What is the new item ($10) on the bill called "Cox Complete Care" which is listed as "Premium Support"? This is not anything I recall ordering or being offered. Is there any way to get rid of it?

you need to call it sounds like somebody added it to your account
agreed, it was probably offered when you talked/chatted with cs....it happened to me a while back & 1 call was all that was needed to remove it.
it was an easy explanation, customer care doesn't work with win7.
