New email policy

I am completely stumped by Cox's new email policy. What kind of communication and entertainment company does not allow you to create an email account? Been with Cox for more than a decade and find their business decisions stupefying!!!

    Hello. As of August 15, 2019, Cox no longer offers the ability for new and existing Cox Internet customers to create new Cox Email accounts. -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.
