Mail received from laptop, but not an Android tablet?

A friend with a Comcast address does not receive my e-mail if I send with my Android tablet.  They do receive e-mail sent thru Cox webmail done on the laptop.

I know the e-mail is leaving the tablet because others including my gmail address receive the same e-mail.

Any thoughts?  Or, is this strictly a Comcast issue?
