I am not able to make an online payment. No message is displayed, system won't engage after selecting the date to pay. ???

Hi Zangari11, what date are you selecting as the date to pay? Are you using the Cox Connect App, or are you logged into your Cox account via a web browser? If using a browser, please go into your browser settings and ensure that third party cookies are enabled. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
