Internet constantly dropping for the past week

Hello,

My internet has been constantly dropping for the past couple of days, making it impossible for my parents to work from home and for my brother and I to connect to class zoom meetings for school. The problem started getting significantly worse a couple of days ago to the point where it is impossible to be connected for any reasonable amount of time. I decided to check the status and logs for my modem and it shows this. Any help is appreciated.
