Neighbor keep hacking into my WiFi, I’ve. I change the password and renamed it multiple times. I’ve even tried stop broadcasting my WiFi name.

Changed what? Your login credentials for the router or your network name and encryption key?
How do you know your neighbor is hacking your network?
There are a bunch of steps to secure your wireless but the user manual of your device would be the best reference.
