Cox New Email Platform new Issue

Cox email was down, then up July 18 2023 now I am receiving but cannot respond with return email. I get this:

"An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request." Re-starting everything does not correct the problem...

Any suggestions how to deal with this?  I did not want to add this to the long string on NEW COX EMAIL-NOT string...

    Have you tried sending yourself a blank email and see if it goes through? Maybe attachments/photos/links are causing a issue. Also, do you have any other Cox email accounts you could test with?
