Constant T3 and T4 Timeout errors

Hello,

I am getting constant T3 and T4 timeout errors. My modem has been on two different cable outlets in my home and still having the same issue. Also, a tech came and replaced the cable from the street to the house. There are no unnecessary splitters that we are aware of inside the house. Only two functional cable outlets. 

Tech support always resets my modem which fixes the issue, for a short time, but never fully resolves the issue, and I have to reset the modem again in 1 - 2 days. I'm tired of the runaround and would like a long term fix. Do I need to rewire all of my cable connections?

    I've checked the log and not showing any T-3/T4 since yesterday. Are you still having an intermittent issue?
