Cable Haunt Three Months Later

When will Cox patch this on modems they have deployed to users?  I don't wish to pay for Panoramic Wifi modem rental, but to continue to use the provided modem which is Docsis 3.0.  

The advice you give to users about "our best defense for this and other threats is to use strong complex passphrases for passwords...." has NOTHING to do with this vulnerability.  It won't take care of the Cable Haunt vulnerability.
