AUP#CXSNDR- Still getting this error

I am getting this error this AM ,, only to this site. running win10, outlook 2019 ,, all up to date. Sending from Cox account to another Cox account. All other emails internally and externally workin...

Same porblem,  BUT my IPOP and SMTP settings keep resetting to the OLD defaults.  How do I reset the DEFAULT, not just the port?
