I understand that but they should still be able to make it compatible with mobiles.
It would take a redesign of the page to make it work better with phones, and Cox probably doesn't want to invest the money for limited use. Most people have a desktop or laptop. Have you considered buying one? You can get a Chromebook for 150-200$ and can get 100$ back from ACP.

LOL. OK then. You be you. I just think you are going to run into problems with other sites besides Cox. My mother has this issue all the time with her iPhone 13 mini. Great phone but small screen and some sites don't like it.

Your right but the desktop mode seems to help sometimes.

Desktop mode makes the page behave normally but makes it harder to see and interact with the touch screen. You don't get the cursor hover over effect either that you need to see some things. I think a cheap Chromebook would do wonders for OP's online experience.
