I haven't gotten any email since 2:10 a.m. ET, which - given that I use this account for work - is highly unusual. To make sure that this wasn't just an unlikely instance of a slow day, I tried sending myself a message from my Gmail account, and it never arrived. What's going on?

Every time I attempt to log in to Webmail, it hangs up and then eventually goes to the page saying, "This site can't be reached. The connection has been reset."

My Browser Is Not Supported?!
This morning, I went to log into my email and got the message, "Your browser is not supported!Support starts with Chrome 50, Firefox 40, IE 11, and Safari 8." Seriously?! I already have enough trouble with my Cox webmail as it is, and now I can't use Chrome because I can't afford a new computer that will handle the more recent versions of Chrome?

Same situation here. When the Webmail page said that they were going to be starting maintenance at 2 a.m., I foolishly thought they'd be done with it by, say, oh, I don't know, business hours?This is extremely frustrating.

Email completely screwed up since switch to new webmail system
I logged onto my email this afternoon to find that A) the new webmail system had gone into effect, and B) it's only showing emails that I received in 2016. This is obviously unacceptable, but because I use my email for work, it's particularly so. What's going on, and when can I expect ALL of my email to appear? Best, WILL HARRIS

Cox unavailability on Lifetime's Roku App
I went into Roku's Lifetime channel to watch a movie, only to be told to log in via their website. Upon doing so, however, I discovered that there was no option to select Cox. I can see from the forums that I'm not the only person to complain about this, so please add me to the list of people actively demanding a change to this situation. If there's going to be a middle ground between cable and streaming, then Cox needs to step up to bat with all of the major networks, and surely there's no question that Lifetime qualifies for major status.

Blank screen on Webmail
As tends to happen at some point virtually every weekday between around 11 AM and 1 PM, Webmail is giving me a blank screen when I go to check it. The fact that it generally goes back to normal within a few minutes does not in any way change the fact that it's highly irritating to have to go without email access when I'm waiting for replies.
