I signed-up previously, but now when I try to log-in it tries to make me start a new ID. When I do, it says that I have already signed up, but I never get to the login page.Problems with "improved" webmail1. It is slow to load. 2. 50% of the time it doesn't load at all. Error message of "illegal method" (or something like that). 3. Won't load at all unless I click on "In Private" browsing. (found this out by accident) 4. Now, (new problem today) I can't Reply to emails. 5. Platform does not display the account or username that I am logged in as. I have multiple e-mail addresses and it gets confusing when I forget which one I;m on. Old webmail had "logout Joe" or "logout Bob" display. Overall, the new service is terrible. Can you bring back the old one please? I see ZERO improvement.Re: Outlook 2016 continually prompts for username and password constantly and will not syncYes, Cox support has really gone downhill in the last couple of years. As has their functionality. Be glad your webmail has not been "migrated" yet. The new webmail platform is practically useless.
